Nicole’s love for Tampa Bay stretches back to 2006 when she moved from Scranton, PA to attend the University of South Florida (USF). Nicole graduated with a Marketing and Finance Degree and was provided an internship at the boutique real estate brokerage, SI Real Estate Tampa. At the conclusion of her internship, she moved back to Scranton while her love for real estate carried on.
For over a decade, Nicole has worked with real estate developers and investors and managed their diverse portfolios. In 2017, Nicole opened her own property management company which included property acquisition and rehabilitation services. Her business expanded in 2019 when she opened her own roofing company, creating a one-stop-shop for her clients’ housing needs. She is one of the few female-owned roofing companies in Northeast PA!
Nicole has invaluable experience in property management, rehabbing, construction, and design. Nicole believes that knowledge is power and that her desire to just figure it out has resulted in her incredible success in real estate.
Her love for Tampa Bay and the Florida sunshine has drawn her back to Florida. She is proud to announce that she now has her real estate broker’s license in Florida! Additionally, she excited to be affiliated with SI Real Estate Tampa where it all began.
