I have dealt with SI Real Estate for approximately 10 years while they managed the rental of my condo unit in Tampa. When it came time to sell the unit, I also dealt with them. They have always been professional, courteous, and efficient. The management of my condo was seamless and the sale of the condo occurred within a day or two of listing it and the price was good. If I decide to buy again in the Tampa area, I will definitely choose to deal with this firm. I cannot recommend anyone else more highly.
