This is the second time I have turned to Pamela and Nibal at SI Real Estate Tampa to find renters for my house in the Tampa area. They found a great couple last year that moved out last week and the new family moved in the next day. Due to the short turnaround SI coordinated the cleaning service, carpet cleaning and paint touch up trades as I live out of state and the new renters needed to move in quickly. Pamela and Nibal really know the rental market and are great at marketing, listing, showing the property, and executing the rental agreement. The SI office staff that I also called or emailed responded and answered questions quickly.
