Nibal and staff are wonderful. They truly care about you. Nibal has been our realtor for the past 7 years. There are so many positive things that I could mention but to list a few- he is responsive, personable, and an expert on buying and selling property but also construction. He will advocate for you and ensure that you are being treated fairly. He will steer you away from homes because he knows if they have used the wrong paint or insulation because he actually checks those things. I have dealt with many realtor’s but none of them compare to him.
